The tale of a very able warrior from North Africa, entrusted with the military protection of Venice and Cyprus who, as General of this European Army, makes a political mistake in appointing as his second-in-command a lieutenant who is not battle-tested.

Another soldier, veteran of multiple battle campaigns, fallen into a passion of hatred for being passed-over, proceeds to attempt the deception of everyone associated with General Othello in order to finally carry out his vengence upon him.

This antagonist, Iago, becomes possibly the most cunning and remorseless human character created by Shakespeare. This play gives us racial prejudice, innocent love, misplaced trust, ambition, avarice, jealousy, vengeance, hatred, nobility, and a bit of humor.

This well-written play is a wonderful vehicle for good acting and a great piece of entertainment.

Come for the amazing story and stay for the wonderful characters our skilled cast have developed.

You will not leave disappointed.
