Shores' new play, Yellow, chronicles a year in the lives of what seems to be the perfect family, Bobby and Kate Westmoreland, their two teenage children Dayne and Gracie, along with Gracie's young gay friend Kendall and his crazy, fundamentalist mother Sister Timothea Parker. Set in Vicksburg, Mississippi, YELLOW explores the perfect family confronted with tragedy and heartbreak when a deep, dark nineteen-year-old secret is exposed.
